Does Roben Mfg. supply ladders and platforms with the column or as a separate package?

Both. Most projects benefit from integrated supply — we fabricate the brackets and clips during column fabrication and ship the platforms and ladders as bolt-on assemblies. We can also supply access systems separately if specified.

Are Roben Mfg. ladders and platforms OSHA-compliant?

Yes. All ladders, platforms, and handrails meet OSHA 1910.23, 1910.27, and 1910.29. We also comply with international codes (CSA, EN) when specified for export projects.

What finishes are available?

Hot-dip galvanized (most common), prime-and-paint per project specification (epoxy, urethane, IOZ), 304/316L stainless steel for clean or corrosive environments, and FRP for chemical service.

Can Roben Mfg. integrate cable trays and instrument supports into platforms?

Yes. We routinely add cable tray supports, conduit penetrations, junction-box mounts, and instrument stands to platform fabrications. Coordinate the I/E and instrumentation layout with us before fabrication.

What about ladder safety devices and self-retracting lanyards?

We can supply ladder safety cages, ladder-mounted fall-arrest tracks (Lad-Saf, Saf-T-Climb), and tie-off anchors per OSHA 1910.140 and ANSI Z359 requirements.
