When the heat exchanger, the vessels it connects to, and the piping between them all come from one source, integration problems disappear. We deliver exchangers as integrated elements of complete systems, not as standalone components to be reconciled with everything else on site.

Heat Exchangers Designed Into the Whole System

As part of a complete-system project, the heat exchanger is designed in the context of its duty within the process. Its thermal performance is matched to the reactors and vessels it supports, and its connections, orientation, and supports are coordinated with the surrounding piping and structures. We design the exchanger itself to TEMA standards and ASME Section VIII, drawing on our in-house tubesheet drilling, orbital tube welding, and head forming. But within an integrated project, we also detail how it ties into the rest of the system — the nozzle orientations, the support elevations, and the piping interfaces — so installation is straightforward.

Exchangers can be supplied loose for field installation or integrated onto skids and modules with the vessels, pumps, and piping they work with. Skid and modular integration shifts assembly and testing into our controlled shop environment, reducing field labor and commissioning time.
