Precision Internals, Fabricated to Fit
Trays are precision assemblies of decks, downcomers, weirs, and support hardware. Trays are built to match the column's support rings and to pass through the available manways for installation and future maintenance.
Distribution pipes and distributors govern how fluid enters and spreads within a vessel or bed. We fabricate distributors to the design's hole pattern with the accuracy that uniform distribution requires.
Baffles direct and control flow — across a heat exchanger tube bundle, through a reactor, or within a separator. They must be located and sized correctly and fabricated to fit, and we build them as integral or removable components depending on the design and maintenance strategy.
