Quality Assurance

Roben Manufacturing utilizes computerized quality control and inspection practices. Our inspectors are qualified for Liquid Penetrant and Visual Inspection to ANST TC-1-A standards. Assurance tests available include: mechanical testing, radiography, ultrasonic and magnetic flaw detection, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, vacuum testing via mass spectrometer, ferroxyl testing, metallographic analysis via nuclear analyser and many others.

With the use of state-of-the-art software and the experience and knowledge of our engineers, Roben can perform cost/benefit analysis and advise alternatives in material or design that improve the overall product, while following the specifications of ASME Sec. VII, Div. 1 Code Construction.
