Roben's approach to design of the equipment: Roben Manufacturing Company, Inc., designs and manufactures pressure vessels, reactors, columns and towers, storage tanks, heat exchangers and condensers. Vessels, columns and other processing equipment are designed for internal and external pressure and temperature, vacuum service, seismic, wind, platform piping loads as well as skirt and base ring design. We examine the advantages of plate size and forming operations to minimize the number of weld seams and design to reduce the wall thickness of vertical vessels at various courses.
Our in house control over vessel components allow us to complete projects within scheduled time frames. Shop travelers accompany each project in accordance with code requirements.
